Colors and fillers for the fresh flower arrangements are subject to availability upon receipt of order form
We reserve the right to automatically choose your second color choice for Signature Collection (in case your first choice is unavailable) without prior notice

DELIVERY WITHIN METRO MANILA

We currently deliver Signature Collection, Velvet Blooms, and Belle Series within Metro Manila only
Free delivery within Metro Manila (Mini Fleur and Tiny Fleurs excluded from promo)
We CANNOT guarantee the time of delivery as we have a route to follow per day
Deliveries are from Mondays-Saturdays (except holidays), 10AM-6PM
Pick-up is available by appointment at any day, including Sundays

NATIONWIDE SHIPPING

Available for Mini Fleur, Tiny Fleurs, Mirror Fleur and Fleurever box only
FLAT SHIPPING RATE: 300 pesos
We ship every Tuesday and Friday via 2Go Express
Transit: 2-7 working days, no guaranteed delivery date and time.

TGHF will not be held liable for delayed or damaged parcels incurred during shipping

MODES OF PAYMENT

Banco de Oro/ Metrobank/ Bank of the Philippine Islands (bank deposit or online transfer)
PayPal accepted with PayPal service fee (+6%)
Cash upon pick-up or delivery not accepted
We require the full payment to be settled within 24 hours upon placing an order. Failure to do so will automatically forfeit the order/reservation

REFUNDS/ CHANGES/ CANCELLATIONS

As all of our work is made-to-order, we cannot offer a refund on your purchase if you change your mind
Should you decide to postpone the delivery of your order, please notify us at least 2 days in advance of the original delivery date
Request for changes in order will be upon review by TGHF
Cancellation of order shall not be accepted once payment has been made
